1. Shipping Cost

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders across the United Kingdom. There are no hidden fees, minimum purchase requirements, or extra handling charges at checkout.

2. Order Processing & Transit Times

We work diligently to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. Please note our standard timelines:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT - Greenwich Mean Time)

  • Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Transit Time: 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days from the moment of purchase.

3. Delivery Areas

Zaylocart delivers to physical residential and commercial addresses within the United Kingdom. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24–48 hours. You can monitor your delivery directly through the carrier’s tracking portal.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, or if your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the Zaylocart support team immediately at zaylocart454@gmail.com with your order number. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Address Corrections

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us at zaylocart454@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update it, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has begun processing.
